Network Rail wanted to make change everyone’s business and we worked with them to create an Organisational Change solution that:
- focused on building internal change capability within Network Rail itself
- created a Centre of Excellence (COE) of over 800 Change and Project Managers
- aligned Change and Project management processes including integrating our proven PCI® methodology and digital tools
- developed role-based Change Management learning packages to ensure that everyone could play their part in the change process

Global change local implementation
HSBC wanted to deliver a one-stop-shop HR information portal for its global staff where they could locate the consistent HR information and advice they needed - across the entire population of 250,000 employees.
The Sponsor wanted this to be delivered by internal project teams based around the globe. We worked with HSBC to deliver a Change Management solution that:
- created over 400 ‘Change Champions’ across the business
- leveraged the Changefirst digital toolkit, analytics and proven PCI® methodology to focus resources where they were needed most
- delivered high levels of engagement and developed ongoing capability for future changes

Change change from within
Change change from within. Syngenta was undertaking global and transformational change across 25 countries, affecting multiple businesses, processes and technologies - and shaping ambitions, strategy, culture and brand for 27,000 people. We worked with them to create an Organisational Change solution that:
- implemented a solution that ensured a more integrated and people-centred approach to delivering change
- included highly effective role-based training workshops, our innovative digital platform and application coaching of internal teams
- scaled change capability quickly through the delivery of integrated on-demand learning
- drove capability costs down by 40% over 3 years

NATS was launching an ambitious transformation portfolio – in excess of £800m and wanted to evolve faster and more sustainably to realise promised value. We worked with them to create an Organisational Change solution that:
- created a business-wide group of business leaders within NATS with a shared view of the transformation agenda
- delivered a new Target Operating Model for Change that ensured Centres of Excellence could work in a networked way locally
- selected our digital Change Management platform as the underpinning productivity tool to deliver Change
- combined role-based workshop training, realtime analytics, on-demand learning and application coaching with teams
