Our e-change change management academy gives organizations a set of change management training programs based on 20 years of research.
There are four on demand, role-based e-learning modules that teach employees about understanding and applying change management to a project. These modules are supported by a number of bite-sized learning nuggets.
All of our on demand courses have been specifically designed to help people — managers, change agents and front-line staff — apply our research, lessons and experience to their own personal or organisational change challenges so they can:
- Reflect the practical skills, tools, processes and actions most relevant to them in the change process
- Use their own change examples to understand how to apply the learning in a practical way, understand change risk and build change plans
- Learn a proven change management methodology – People-Centered Implementation (PCI®) — based on over 20 years of research and experience
- Understand how to use the e-change toolkit to be able to hit the ground running with their change projects.
e-change also includes a world-leading Library, which provides access to the Changefirst Knowledge Center and other change resources. You can, of course, add your own information into this section to provide people with relevant organizational and project information in an entirely secure environment.
