PCI Practitioner

3 days + 1 day Application Workshop

Comprehensive and demanding process designed for all types of organisational project managers, line managers, change managers, project professionals and consultants to develop deep practitioner skills in PCI. Focus is on working on actual change projects as the vehicle for learning. Licence to reproduce and use 13 implementation tools.

Master Change Trainer

3 days + 3 days Co-facilitation with Changefirst Facilitator

Intensive programme designed to develop skills in facilitating PCI Practitioner to a high standard. Must have successfully completed PCI Practitioner. Licence to purchase programme materials and individual licences for facilitating PCI Practitioner participants.

We can support your professional development with consulting support to increase the fit of PCI to your organisation. Examples of actual work with clients:

  • Combining PCI with a client's project methodology to create one comprehensive approach. brochureware
  • Providing coaching and "shadow consulting" support for newly trained practitioners.
  • Providing executive workshops on how leaders support PCI.
  • Analysing complex change situations and making actionable recommendations.
