Train the Trainer

The Master Change Trainer (MCT) process is specifically designed to enable change practitioners to deliver and facilitate the People-Centred Implementation Practitioner (PCIP) programme. It is structured to allow in-house change agents to accelerate the change process and deliver the rapid roll-out of change skills across the organisation.

Why we believe its important

We deliver the MCT Programme because we believe in the following principles:

  • Organisations should build in-house expertise in implementing change
  • Change skills and competences are embedded more rapidly when there is a low dependency on external consultants and trainers
  • A Master Change Trainer builds the capability to train new project teams and new hires
  • Participants should be able to deliver the programme within the appropriate organisational culture and style

At the end of the process, a Master Change Trainer will be able to:

  • Facilitate in-house workshop sessions 
  • Offer change management expertise within your organisation
  • Help your organisation implement major changes effectively
  • Reduce, perhaps even eliminate, costs spent on external consultants and trainers

How do I get started?

Before you can start the MCT process, you must have:

  • Completed the PCIP Programme
  • Have used PCI on in-company change project
