Changefirst are the developers and suppliers of the powerful change management methodology - People-Centred Implementation (PCI).

PCI addresses change management issues associated with implementing business change. It is a comprehensive approach to plan, execute and monitor the people aspects of change and is derived from 40 years of academic research and 20 years of field application and continuous improvement.

The method of People-Centred Implementation uses a robust set of tools to change how people work and behave. It is designed to help change managers plan their initiatives in a way that focuses on the people aspects of organisational change; whether they be new technology, outsourcing, restructuring, mergers or process improvements.
