Proven & effective change management training

The PCI Practioner Programme is a 3-day public programme for those project and change managers who are looking to successfully implement major changes in their organisation but are hitting barriers such as poor sponsorship, low commitment and employee resistance.

What will I learn?

The PCI Practitioners Programme prepares project and change managers to plan and implement major change initiatives in their organisation using the PCI methodology and the e-change application.

Over the course of the programme you will:

  •  work on a live change project from your own organisation
  • apply the PCI tools, research and methodology to the project
  • immediately apply the change implementation plans when you return to work

On completion of this workshop you can apply to PMI (the Project Management Institute) for 21 PDU
