What's new at Changefirst

Changefirst is pleased to announce that we will be speaking and exhibiting at the Business Transformation Conference Led Expo at Excel in London on the 19th and 20th of October.

Audra Proctor, Head of Learning Services at Changefirst, will discuss how to “Build effective change leadership for your project.”

Her interactive and engaging session will:

• Explore the importance of the close relationship between Project Sponsors (ultimately accountable for change) and the role of Change Agents, Project Managers and Line Managers responsible for delivering change
