David Miller

David founded Changefirst in 1995. He works on client strategy and has a particular interest in developing change leaders and building competitive advantage through creating and sustaining organisational change capability.

David is widely quoted in a wide range of media on the subject of change management and leadership (i.e. HR Magazine, visit the Changefirst Press page for more information) and is currently writing his first book provisionally titled  ‘How your people can make change successful’, which is due to be published in early 2011.

His academic background is in Economics, Politics and Psychology. He has lived and worked in Europe and the United States as well as spending time working in Asia. In his spare time David is passionate about cooking and football, a supporter of Chelsea FC since childhood.
