Audra Proctor

Audra heads up the Learning Services function at Changefirst which means her focus is on developing a world class portfolio of change planning and learning solutions. She leads the ongoing development of our proprietary methodology - PCI® (People Centred Implementation) and is tasked with ensuring our clients can access our tools and resources through different media; workshops, webinars, web-based applications and e-learning.

Audra holds a Masters Degree in Organisations, Gender and Social Change, and a first degree in Mathematics and Business. Audra’s lucky enough to have lived and worked in Europe, the US, South America and Africa. 

Audra holds a private pilot licence and is crazy about Jazz.  Most weekends she can be heard making a racket indoors on her electronic piano trying to imitate the greats!
