The Changefirst PCI methodology is designed to address the peoples issues

associated with major organisational change initiatives. The Certification

programme is a strategic programme for leaders and specialists with

implementation responsibility for significant projects or programmes.

About the Programme

 

It is a 3-day workshop with e-based pre-work that takes about three hours

to complete. For full certification, participants must have an individual Application

follow-up call approximately 3 months later.

The programme comes with a PCI toolkit giving you access to ten web based

tools and a detailed workbook that contains templates and guidance on

implementation.

Fees:

 

·      Initial 3-day Workshop: £1,800 to include all workshop materials

    (except tools license) and day delegate rate. All fees are payable

    in advance.

 

 

·      Application Follow-Up Call: £300. All fees are payable in advance.

 

Discounts:

 

Voluntary Sector:        There is a 25% reduction for anyone

                                    working full-time for a voluntary

                                    organisation.

Early Booking:             Book and pay 60 days or more prior

                                    to start date and receive a 10%

                                    discount.

Group:                         If you have 3 or more delegates for

·      Tools License: Please call the registration number to enquire

    about the fee for a tools license. Many organisations have

    already negotiated an on-going licensing arrangement with us

    and you may qualify for this.

 

 

    Please note that 3 year licenses are registered to the company

    for named individuals and are non-transferable.

Certification:            Stage 1: PCI Certificate of Attendance

Successful completion of pre-work, full attendance at 3 day

workshop including purchase of tools license, allows

participants to use the PCI Process and Tools

 

Stage 2: Certified PCI Practitioner

Successful completion of assessment follow-up call including

sharing of pre-prepared case study, demonstrating practical

application of PCI.

 

Certified Practitioners are able to purchase new licenses for

use of PCI tools and methodology should they move

companies.
