To complement the PCI Practitioners Programme, we run three change management workshops, each of which deals with a specific change challenge. Each workshop lasts no longer than a day and are designed to help those who either have to deliver change or are affected by change.

Leading Change Workshop

Designed specifically for Middle and Front Line Managers, this 1 day workshop helps managers to become more effective at leading change.
Overview
Trains managers to be more effective at leading change within their teams by assessing change risks; improve change sponsorship; increasing engagement and becoming more resilient to change.
Thriving Through Change Workshop
Who should attend?
This ½ day workshop is designed for all employees impacted by the change.
Overview
Helps employees to adapt more positively to on-going disruptive change by focussing on managing personal attitudes and reactions to change and through building higher levels of personal resilience.
