We have been delivering change management training through face-to-face workshops for 15 years and e-learning for the past decade, so we recognise that learning styles differ from person to person. This is why we have developed a change management training programme that lets people adopt the learning method that suits them.

You can choose to undertake e-learning via e-change and learn the PCI methodology at your own convenience or alternatively attend our guided PCI Practitioner Programme and workshops which deliver a blended learning experience, by combining e-learning with face-to-face learning.
