Change Management Certification

The Changefirst PCI Practitioner (PCIP) Change Management Certificate is tailored for organisations who want to retain and develop those employees skilled in change management, and for individuals who wish to further their own personal or career development.

N.B. Individuals do not have to be associated with an organisation to become certified.

The PCIP Certification

The certification validates your:

• Knowledge of PCI and ability to share it's benefits and processes with others
• Ability to use PCI tools and processes for measuring and tracking the impact of organisational change on people, and for building and executing robust change plans
• Practical application of PCI to an live change project

Certification is appropriate for those who:

• Completed PCI Practitioner training - either in a workshop and/or through our e-learning tutorials in e-change
• Are working on, or have worked on major organisational change initiative as a change agent
• Want to gain a vocational qualification that will enhance their personal career profile

Requirements

• PCI Certification Test - Three-part multiple choice exam (requiring a pass score of 90%) to test your working knowledge and application of PCI concepts
• Application Evidence Submission - description of the change situation, complication, PCI methods used, business outcomes, challenges/objections and how they were handled, proof attachments.

Once your certification is awarded, you will be notified by email that your certification is ready to be retrieved from the PCI Practitioner Portal Online.
