Changefirst is actively looking to recruit an international partner in South East Asia.

What we bring to the partnership

Changefirst will work closely with you to provide full product and sales orientation, methodology training and marketing support to help make you successful in your region. This support would be on-going as you become part of the Changefirst group.

The opportunity is financially attractive to the right person or company.

What you bring

An ideal Changefirst partner would bring:

  • Understanding of change management in business settings
  • Experience in delivering in high value training to corporate audiences
  • Strong consultative selling skills preferably gained in a performance improvement company
  • Strong desire to leverage the benefits of a proven change management methodology, expertise, IP and brand
  • Focus, energy and commitment in terms of the initial investment and time and effort required to be a successful regional partner of Changefirst
  • Empathy with Changefirst values including doing what we say we will, strong focus on customer needs and valuing the performance of both our clients and ourselves
  • Potentially an existing and “warm” network of existing corporate clients (although not essential for the right partner)
