Change Agent Certification
We look forward to working with you towards Change Agent Certification.
This is a change "black belt" programme, which is designed to benefit:
- managers who must implement complex, critical strategic or organisational level changes
- project managers who are responsible for ensuring staff actually use the change solution
- OD or HRD specialists who must support strategic changes
The Certification programme is comprehensive and demanding, as it explores key
change management concepts in some detail, with practice and application on a
real change case. Pre-work is essential to ensuring that all participants
can get the best learning experience from the programme.
