- there are formal processes in place to keep people informed
and to help them participate in the change
Complication
Although discussion, information sharing and
debate may appear disruptive, they are an essential
part of the commitment building process. In addition,
a plan for high involvement may slow the change in
the early stages, but will ultimately increase learning
and help to sustain people’s performance during
change
