Introduction
This site has been created with line managers in mind, to provide the fundamentals of change management. It uses examples, exercises and multiple choice tests, that are designed to help you check your understanding as you progress through the package. After each section, short summaries are provided, together with checklist questions to help you apply the learning to a real work situation.
