David Miller is the Managing Director and Founder of Changefirst.
David works with our clients to advise them on strategy execution, developing change leadership and building competitive advantage through
creating and sustaining organisational-wide change implementation capability. He has led or advised on a vast array of changes over 20 years.
Examples include restructuring, technology implementation, sales-force effectiveness, quality improvement, culture change and process re-engineering.
He regularly writes, facilitates workshops and delivers conference speeches on these topics in Europe, America and Asia.
Immediately prior to founding Changefirst David was a Senior Vice President for a leading global services company where he gained significant
experience of leading complex business changes across geographies and business lines. David took away from this experience a deep belief that
to be successful and adaptable organisations must build and develop their own internal capability to change.
David holds a degree in Economics, Politics and Psychology. He has lived and worked in Europe and the United States as well as spending time working in Asia.
