During my time with Changefirst, I've been privileged to work with many outstanding Change practitioners who are constantly striving
to get better at driving change in their organisations. What they really value from us is the experience we created at any point in time to
really engage the with the process of managing people through change; be it in real action-learning, in application circles, or in our online community.

Audra is a member of the Changefirst board and has functional responsibility for Learning Services.
Audra joined Changefirst in April 1998 having been a client for 5 years. Her first 10 years was as Senior Consultant and then Partner;
leading development of a truly leading-edge methodology, designing and delivering highly effective change skills transfer, training/coaching
and consulting with global pharmaceutical (e.g. Novartis), financial (e.g. Zurich, Barclays, AIB) and telecommunications (e.g. BT, Fujitsu) organisations.
Audra is a multi-industry practitioner with significant change implementation experience over 15 years as risk manager, project manager,
change consultant/trainer, generative content and instructional designer and process facilitator.
Audra's current role with Changefirst is as Head of Learning Services, to focus on building and maintaining a world class portfolio of web and
learning applications that will increase users and support their continued development around PCI and change management.
Audra holds a Master Degree in Organisations, Gender and Social Change, and a first degree in Mathematics and Business.
She is a trained process facilitator, ADR accredited commercial mediator and completed ICF accredited Co-Active coach training.
Audra holds a private pilot licence and has lived and/or worked in Europe, the US, Asia, South America and Africa
